Pour exprimer une obligation, j’utilise les structures suivantes :
- Must + base form
- Have to + base form
- Have got to + base form
Example : In my school, students must wear a uniform.
We have to wait for the boss to arrive.
She has got to see a doctor.
J’exprime correctement une permission (permission)
Pour exprimer une permission, j’utilise les structures suivantes :
- Can + subject + base form… ?
- May + subject + base form… ?
- Could + subject + base form… ?
- Might + subject + base form… ?
- Am / are / is + subject + allowed to + base form… ?
- Subject + to be allowed to + base form
Example: Bara : Can I see your English book?
Jane : Yes, you can.
Bara : Could I borrow it for a week?
Jane : No, I am using it these days.
Girls are allowed to wear a headscarf at school.
